Offering Help and Hope to Susquehanna County

it starts with you.

Providing help and hope for Susquehanna County

Every individual or family will be connected with needed support, will have access to emergency assistance, will be offered faith and hope, will have access to resources for personal development/life change, will be treated with dignity and compassion, will have a voice of advocacy, and will be provided with educational pathways for personal development and long-term independence.

FREE Summer Day Camp

Dream Camp is a summer adventure where middle school students (ages 11-14) explore a variety of careers and community services through hands-on learning! Campers will have the chance to discover their interests, develop new skills, and connect with professionals in a fun and engaging environment. It’s a unique opportunity to spark curiosity, build confidence, and see how they can make a difference in their own communities—all while having a blast!

Adulting 101: Adults Edition

Let’s face it—adulting can be tough. Sometimes we all need a little refresher! Adulting 101: Adults Edition is a free, 10-week program designed for adults with mild disabilities and their para-professionals who could benefit from a supportive, modified life skills class.

This is a great opportunity to connect with others, build confidence, and gain practical skills—all while staying in our local community!
