Pathways & Groups

We go beyond putting a bandaid on people’s problems. We go to the next level by helping them gain the tools necessary to get back on their feet so that long-term they do not depend on assistance from Interfaith and other agencies.

Pathways

Our in-person pathway program offers one-on-one opportunities to evaluate your current situation and find a path to personal success. Participants will develop a personal spending plan, explore possible careers, and expand their self-confidence and real-world transferable skills.

Camp Ladore

Each spring, Interfaith partners with The Salvation Army to send 10-18 children age 7-12 to a week-long overnight trip to camp at Camp Ladore in Waymart Pennsylvania free of charge. Here at Interfaith we collect the information and register the children for this program. We also provide transportation to and from the camp.

“I never thought there would have been a camp like this that would be this much fun!”

Dream Camp

Junior High students experience hands-on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math activities shaped around service learning in a business setting. Students solve real world business problems while learning powerful communication skills.

Grief Group

The loss of a loved one changes a person's life completely.  Interfaith offers a safe place for those who are grieving to come together and provide support for each other.  The group provides help on navigating the grief journey.  These groups are offered at our Susquehanna and Montrose locations with separate groups for men and women.  The groups are offered throughout the year.

Open Art

Many students use art as a way to express feelings and to relieve stress.   The group offers students a safe, welcoming place to use various mediums of art. We have acrylics, quash, clay, pencil and markers. All supplies needed are provided however, students may bring their own supplies if they want. Interfaith also provides snacks, water and music. This group is currently only offered to Susquehanna students in middle and high school.

Ladies Empowerment

We want to celebrate you!  Recovery is hard, and we want to encourage you and celebrate the big and small steps forward.  This group meets quarterly, and will help you feel empowered..
